Content submitted to RunningMusicMix.com may not contain profanity or hate speech. Please censor your submissions accordingly (please edit profane titles to match iTunes titles). 

We reserve the right to publish, edit, or reject any user submitted content.  Mixes submitted to the site may be added as iMixes to the iTunes store, or moved (with credit to the user name) to the main section of the website.  Mixes submitted to RunningMusicMix.com become property or the website.

This site is not responsible for any loss or damage, or injury as a result of running with music.  We only recommend running with music for people already healthy enough to run, and who run safely with music (low volume, on a treadmill or track, out of traffic).
