| Summer 2012 Running Music Mix - with BPM |
Over the last month or so I've been working on a new running mix, and here it is just in time for the start of summer. Most of the songs are new, with a few 80s and African tunes. There's been some great new pop and rock tunes of late with great beats for running. I've whittled this mix down from about twice as many new songs. I road test all the songs a few times... If a song becomes something i tend to skip past when i need extra inspiriation, then I take it off the mix. So its not just songs that are in the right bpm - hopefully you will find the songs also have that extra something that keeps you pushing forward.
